Returns & Refunds 


We want you to love your Osheya gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns:


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
  • Sale items and bundle deals are final sale and not eligible for return.



Return Process:


  1. Email us at osheyawear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, return the item(s) to the provided address.
  3. You will receive a refund or store credit (excluding original shipping cost) once the item is inspected.



Refunds:


  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.
