Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Osheya gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Sale items and bundle deals are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Email us at osheyawear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, return the item(s) to the provided address.
- You will receive a refund or store credit (excluding original shipping cost) once the item is inspected.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.
